Aerial or Flying Yoga is a unique practice of Yoga in the air. It has elements of Yoga, dance and circus acrobatics. The aerial yoga hammock is similar to the material you find on stage of Cirque du Soleil and many other circus and dance theaters. The aerial yoga hammock is suspended from 2 points hanging from the roof or tree and creating a U-shape. The hammock is wonderful for your body and mind to rest in, lean on and of course fly with. You can use the aerial yoga hammock as a tool that allows you to practice a lot of inversions, to create a fuller range of motion and to deepen your awareness.
